We do the right thing in serving our tribe, our stockholders, our customers, our products, our end-users, our suppliers and even our competitors. This means looking for the right action in every context, and asking critical questions that bring out the best course or decisions relevant to the situation and the circumstances. It also means being honest in both word and deed. Being reliable, dependable and competent. And doing what’s right according to the situation and the context. If we are honest and we speak and act congruently, we will be doing what is right.

FUN FACT
Adding to its mystique, as with Coke and Pepsi colas, is the secret nature of WD-40 Multi-Use Product’s formula. Company officials say there are only a handful people who really know the formula, and only a couple who deal with it day to day.
One of the most interesting and exotic testimonials came from a bus driver in Asia who used the product to successfully remove a python snake that had coiled itself around the undercarriage of his bus.
A Florida man, whose boat was boarded by modern-day pirates, hit one of the would-be hijackers over the head with a can of WD-40 Multi-Use Product, knocking him off the boat and saving the day!
In 1992, a nude burglary suspect who had wedged himself in an air-conditioning vent at a cafe in Denver was extracted by the fire department with a large dose of WD-40 Multi-Use Product.
Originally created by rocket scientists, a certain Water Displacement product used in the aerospace industry was smuggled home by employees in their lunch boxes.
