We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Business Systems Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of all business systems used within our organization. This includes leading a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level software systems. As the Enterprise Business Systems Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business systems are aligned with our overall business strategy and objectives. We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge and experience in enterprise-level software systems and a track record of successful leadership.

- Responsible for developing strategic and tactical multi-year implementation plans for enterprise level business application systems in support of organizational objectives through collaboration and counsel with business partners, executives, and IT leaders focused on SaaS platforms whenever possible to deliver a high level of stability, compliance, security, flexibility and value to match the needs of the company
- Responsible for translating business requirements into well-designed and integrated technology solutions, while improving user adoption and satisfaction
- Recommend enhancements to applications in anticipation of business needs by partnering with Project Managers- Business Analysts and business partners to formulate and define scope or required business case analysis for new capital or operational expenses
- Proactively drive continuous team adoption of approved methodologies and tools relative to project execution (Agile) and service delivery (ITIL) in support of high-quality outcomes, regulatory requirements, reduced costs, increased efficiencies, and improved system performance
- Participates in Enterprise Business System agile planning and prioritization group(s); bringing forth IT requests and engaging in discussing of the value for all requests that are brought forward for consideration by the group

What You’ll Bring To The Role
Experience:
- 15+ years demonstrated, progressive responsibility in business applications relevant to public company application requirements (public company experience is required)
- Three years experience with Enterprise Systems implementations
- 10+ years managing an IT department
- Eight years in a “hands on” ERP administrator role
- Four years working with SQL integrations
- Four years with various integration tools and services
- Three years with Cloud Solutions (PAAS, IAAS, SAAS)
- Three years working in an organization of 2,000 plus employees or a billion dollars in revenue located in multiple countries
- Three years working in the manufacturing industry
- Three years working in an ITIL environment
- Two years of Agile experience
Technical Skills/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or technical field, Master’s degree a plus
- ITIL certification
- Previous technical certifications
- Leadership training
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
Total Rewards
$125000 – $175000/ year includes base salary plus 10% - 15% profit-sharing contribution to your retirement account. Salary is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data
