What We’re Looking For
Do you have excellent project management skills with a passion for marketing? We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Brand Development Manager who will champion activity and developments across the WD-40® brand portfolio.
Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager and working closely with UK Digital and Channel Managers, this dynamic role is responsible for the implementation and delivery of key brand initiatives. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, in budget and measured effectively through brand tracking and market penetration.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop, deliver, and analyze new product development and brand extensions to the market
- Day to day brand management for GT85 brand, activity development, implementation and review plus budget management.
- Oversee campaigns and projects from start to implementation
- Work closely with Sales and Supply chain to assess product/brand performance, monitoring stock availability and making recommendations.
- Implementation of brand activity plans working closely with cross functional project teams and agencies
- Managing relationships for brand sponsors and partnerships, and ensuring the program of activity is online with brand guidelines

- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Passion and motivation to deliver projects
- Commercialism in relation to budget tracking, forecasting, and reviewing SKU profitability
- Experience in packaging and POS development
- Consumer Product Marketing Experience
- Data analysis, reporting and project evaluations.
- Preparing briefs and managing third party agencies.
- Sponsorship/event management
